My name is Kay Tromans and I am a very experienced, qualified counsellor in Stoke Newington, near the Highbury borders in North London. I’m also a member of The British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), and abide by their code of conduct and ethics.
My clients can range from those in their early twenties who may be finding life difficult and overwhelming to those who have retired and may be finding life difficult and overwhelming. Anxiety, depression and so forth can affect us all at any stage of our lives.

I'm also experienced in counselling both men and women. I am a trained bereavement counsellor and trained in working with eating disorders at WPF, as well as in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) techniques.
